About AiFlowKit

We test AI tools so you don't have to.

Our Mission

Let's be honest: the AI tool market is a mess. Every week there's a new "revolutionary" app that promises to 10x your productivity. Most of them are overhyped garbage.

That's where we come in. At AiFlowKit, we spend hours testing every tool we review. We pay for subscriptions out of pocket. We use these tools in real workflows, not just for five-minute demos. And when something sucks, we'll tell you.

Our goal is simple: save you time and money by cutting through the marketing noise and giving you honest, practical advice about which AI tools are actually worth your attention.

What We Cover

  • AI Writing Tools - From ChatGPT to Jasper to Claude, we test them all
  • Workflow Automation - Zapier, Make, n8n, and the tools that connect your apps
  • Productivity Apps - Note-taking, project management, and everything in between
  • AI Coding Assistants - GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and the tools developers actually use

Our Review Process

We don't do surface-level reviews. Here's how we test:

  1. Real Usage - Minimum 2 weeks of daily use in actual workflows
  2. Paid Plans - We test premium features, not just free tiers
  3. Comparison Testing - We run the same tasks across competing tools
  4. Long-term Updates - We revisit reviews when tools get major updates

Meet Alex

Founder & Lead Reviewer

I've spent over 10 years as a productivity consultant, helping teams from startups to Fortune 500 companies streamline their workflows. I've seen every productivity fad come and go, and I've developed a healthy skepticism for anything that promises to "change everything."

When ChatGPT launched, I saw the same pattern: hype, confusion, and a flood of mediocre tools trying to cash in. I started AiFlowKit to be the resource I wished existed - honest reviews from someone who actually uses these tools, not just someone chasing affiliate commissions.

When I'm not testing AI tools, you'll find me automating something that probably didn't need automating, or complaining about apps that don't have keyboard shortcuts.
